Payment and Pricing Payment is collected in full at the time of the pre-order. This locks in your Founding Mother 20% discount and ensures your place in the production queue.
Estimated Shipping & Delivery
Target Delivery: All orders will be delivered on or before June 26 2026.
While we understand the time-critical nature of hospital preparation, Mama Ready is not liable for any orders that do not arrive prior to a customer’s actual date of labor or hospital admission.
We commit to providing updates via email regarding the production and transit of your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-Shipment: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been monogrammed or shipped.
Bespoke Items: Please note that once monogramming has been applied to your bag, the order is considered final and is no longer eligible for a standard “change of mind” refund.
